We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will gladly provide a refund (for more details, please view return & exchange policy).

We make every effort to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Please report any initial defects within 5 days of receiving your order.

Also, please report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.

You must contact us for a Return Shipping Label. Call toll free (877) 587-4998 or email sales@titanchair.ca to obtain an Return Shipping Label from a TITAN World representative.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. The Return Shipping Label must be printed and attached to the outside of the package securely. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, returns will not be accept after this date.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • For all returning merchandise you must have a Return Shipping Label supplied by Titan World.
  • Customers will be responsible for both, the original shipping charge and the returning shipping charges. For products with "Free Shipping" the charges have been worked into the sale price and will be calculated during refund procedure.
  • The product being returned must have all original packaging and be in new resalable condition. Any products without packaging or in non-resalable condition will not be eligible for refund.
  • The 30 day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the purchase date of the product. Return of merchandise will not be accepted after the 30 day time window.
  • All portable items and cushions are non-refundable, these sales are final.
  • In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer on a per case basis. All items damaged during shipping must be reported to shipping company immediately and MUST be written on the delivery signature page before signing off on the delivery.
  • All item(s) are subjected to a 10% restocking fee for any returns within 30 days of purchase. 30% restocking fee on "special order" items before it has left the supplier.  If the "special order" item has shipped from the supplier it will be final sale. No refund or exchange on "special order" item(s).
  • All item(s) will be inspected on receipt, any and all damage (even during return shipping) will be charged back to the customer. It is the customers duty to package the item in the safest manner to ensure safe delivery.
  • Exchanges will be subjected to the same costs and procedure as refunds. However, some discounts may be applied for "exchanges" only on per case basis. Please speak to a representative at 1-877-587-4998 to discuss your options.

How to start the return process:

  • Please call us at 1-877-587-4998 or email at sales@titanchair.ca.
  • We will require an email, stating that you have read our return policy to sales@titanchair.ca. Also, please include your purchase date, invoice/order#, full name, address, product description and reason for return.
  • Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and Return Shipping Label.
  • Return Shipping Label will be provided by a representative from Titan World.
